I We baked croissants last night!
LY helped to knead the dough, etch out into tiny triangles and roll them up. It’s supposed to be croissants, but it looked nothing like them. I blamed it on his poor kneading and shaping, whilst he blamed me for the poorly-prepared dough. blah blah. Luckily, we were redeemed by the taste of it. The croissants taste fine, a tad hard because we baked it slightly longer as they weren’t golden brown enough.
