Baking. Something that I wish I do more of when I’m in SG. No time to bake is probably a lazy excuse.
Over here, I have a huge oven which I’m so thankful for, so obviously I should make use of that, and of cos cheap baking tools in the US to bake more often!
That’s a banana coffee bread – pre-baked (I baked it in a loaf, but the texture is more of cake-ish than yeasty-bread-ish) with chocolate bits. Recipe, coming up next post.
